A learning journey for getting started with agile working!

Would you like to get started with agile and self-organised working and wish to gain an overview of the most important models and methods? Additionally, do you desire a practice-oriented exchange and the opportunity to test agile methods?

We will support you! The AGILE NUGGETS learning journey offers you a compact and interactive introduction to agile working.

The 4 Stages of the AGILE NUGGETS Learning Journey: As part of our learning journey, we will jointly target 4 substantive stages (2.5 hours per module):

  1. Agile Fundamentals: Agile values & principles, systemic and historical context
  2. Agile Methods: Team board, decision-making processes, retrospectives
  3. Agile Leadership: Self-perception, levels of delegation, role selection
  4. Agile Practice: Agile roles, peer coaching, application examples


Aim of the Learning Journey: You will learn what the first steps towards self-organisation and agile working could look like for your organisation, while at the same time develop your agile methodological skills.

Target group: The seminar is aimed at executives and team members who wish to increase the use of agile methods and the level of self-organisation within their team.

The colleague: I will facilitate the learning journey together with my colleague Heike Heeg. Both of us are certified Agile Organisational Developers (Werkstatt für Collegial Leadership) and members of the Agile Gilde network. Through our many years of consultancy and project work, we have extensive experience in imparting agile methods and supporting teams on their journey to self-organisation.

How we work: The AGILE NUGGETS are structured as a "learning journey". In 4 online modules, each lasting 2.5 hours, you will receive methodological impulses, which we then immediately put into practice. In addition to the exchange in the online workshop, we form "learning tandems" - for transfer and networking beyond the workshop. We work ONLINE using the Zoom platform and utilise Conceptboard for our virtual collaboration.

Payment will be made by invoice before the seminar. For remote offers, cancellation is free of charge up to two days before the login. For face-to-face seminars, cancellation is free of charge three weeks in advance. After that, the full participation fee plus VAT will be charged. I reserve the right to cancel the event due to insufficient demand up to 7 days before the scheduled event date at the latest or for other important reasons beyond my control (e.g. sudden illness, force majeure).
