26.4.2024: Seminar: The flow of change - consciously dealing with change and successfully supporting others
"The only constant in life is change" (Quote from Heraclitus of Ephesus)
Realising what change triggers in you is a good starting point to take the fear out of change. In this seminar, we will immerse ourselves in the psychological effects of change, take time for self-reflection and then turn our attention to how we can support others in processes of change – whether it be within teams, the entire organisation or friends and family.
Seminar contents:
- The nature of change
- How do I feel about change - reflecting on my own emotions and actions
- Dealing well with uncertainty and fear
- Supporting others through change
- Strategies for accompanying change
